Thanks to Ashok who both drove and guided our group of 5 in the Sinharaja rainforest. Images were taken with a combination of OM-1 with 40-150mm/F2.8 lens and OM-1 II with 150-400/F4.5 (sometimes the internal 1.25x was engaged).

Owls: shots of the Seendib scops owl (endemic) and a mating pair of frogmouth owls. The Seendib owls are rare and only discovered in 2003. The conditions were rugged as these owls were hidden under the canopy and the trail was leech-infested.
