Images taken with Sony A9 (ILCE-9) and the 100-400mm lens or Olympus OMD EM-1 MarkII and 12-100 lens.

Sally Lightfoot crabs are found on almost every island. Our naturalist Charlie said they are very tasty- but only when freshly caught.

Since I didn't snorkel, all the sea life pictures were shot from the Zodiac boat. The whale shots were completely unplanned, but the penguins, rays and green turtles were known to be near certain landing sites or beaches. The first 4 pictures are of Galapagos penguins which rarely exceed 1.7ft in height.

Our naturalist warned us to not step on these rays that were semi-submerged within feet of the shore. Taken on Floreana Island at the Post Office Bay wet landing site.
