Foster City's annual Polynesian Festival in Ryan Park.

The event ran from 10am to 4pm; i left at 2pm. There were food trucks specializing in Polynesian cuisine, and outrigger rides in the lagoon. Dances were held for at least the 4 hrs while i was there. There were groups from Foster City, San Leandro, South San Francisco and other cities. Some groups used pre-recorded music, while others had live bands with stunning percussion instruments.
